All catalogue prices are exclusive of VAT (excl. BTW), in EUR.
Belgian standard rate: 21%, where applicable.
Who pays which VAT
- Belgium (consumers or businesses without a valid VAT ID): net price + 21% BTW.
- EU B2B with a valid VAT identification number: reverse charge — 0% Belgian VAT; you account for VAT in your own country. Invoice states “Reverse charge”.
- Outside the EU: no Belgian VAT on these digital license sales (export of services).
Invoices
You receive a sequential invoice (PDF/HTML) after order confirmation. It shows net amount, VAT rate/amount or reverse-charge note, and totals. Payment by bank transfer unless otherwise agreed. Default payment term: 14 days.
Licenses
Software licenses (MacBookmark, Macmailmerge, suite) are perpetual for the stated seat count unless the invoice says otherwise. Trial periods do not create a paid license.
Refunds
See Refund policy. Statutory consumer rights in the EU/EEA remain unaffected where they apply.
